He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrison and Vergie Elizabeth Deason Elkins; his wife Audrey Dean Isom Elkins; and his son Ricky Elkins. He is survived by: his children, Keith Elkins of Christian County, Tommy Elkins of Christian County, Deborah Stokes (Ronald), Pam Griffith (Mike) and Teresa Allen (Scott); and his siblings, Wayne Elkins of Hopkinsville, Elizabeth Blaylock and Helen Henderson. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
