She is survived by: her daughters, Ariana Fultz of Louisiana and Katlyn Rex of Kentucky; her brothers, John Fultz of Arkansas, Robert Fultz of Arkansas and Thomas Fultz of Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Kingston Fultz of Louisiana and Kanelo Martinez of Louisiana.
