She is survived by: her husband Scot Kleist of Hopkinsville; her sons, Cody Slade (Chelsea) of Hopkinsville and Kalob Slade of Guthrie, KY; her stepdaughter Natalie Kleist of Hopkinsville; her brothers, Larry Bradley Cannon of Hopkinsville and Larry Cannon, Jr. of Hopkinsville; and her grandchildren, Michael, Hazel and Ava.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home (700 Country Club Ln, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chandlers Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Highland Volunteer Fire Department.
