She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Moore and Lillian K. Carter; and her brother David Sugg. She is survived by: her son Matthew Leeper of Olympia, WA; her sister Tami Parks (Gary) of Hopkinsville, KY; and her granddaughter Skye Leeper.
