Though Stella Ruth White may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Stella Ruth White touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy White and Louis Wallace White; her daughter Cynthia White; and her siblings, William White, Joe White and Mary A. Satcher.
She is survived by: her daughter Sophia Bowers; her siblings, Emma Dillard (Craig) and Rev. Ron Johnson; and her grandsons, Charlie White and Kenyatta White (Esauna). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, & great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Virginia Street Baptist Church (209 S Virginia St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
