It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Farmer of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 15, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Shirley shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Shirley farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, V. Ledo Scott and E. Asilee Scott (Killebrew); her husband Durwood "Mutt" Carneal Farmer; and her brother Donald D. Scott. She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Noel (Mickey) of Christian County, KY; her brother Dwight Scott (Linda) of Christian County, KY; her grandson Dusty Noel (Abby); and her great grandchildren, Lyra Noel and Finnian Noel.
