He is survived by: his wife Clara Shreve of Hopkinsville, KY; his children, Jason Shreve (Adrienne) of League City, TX and Amy Wall (Dru) of Henderson, KY; his siblings, Wendell Shreve (Monette) of Columbus, IN and Barbara Dant of Owensboro, KY; and his grandchildren, Emma Wall, Grant Wall, Lily Wall and Hayden Shreve. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
