He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Allen and Earline Burrus Allen; and his brother Cleo Allen Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Patdrick Allen, Christopher Allen, Desaepa Vansauwa (Zirconia) and Kathy Majors; his brothers, John R. Bell, Sr. (Dorothy), Walter W. Bell and William D. Allen (Tonya); and his stepchildren, Jahary Banks, Brenysha Rose and Ahticha Jimmerson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
