He is survived by: his wife Jerri Spain Scruggs; his children, Shane Scruggs (Monica) of Thompson Station, TN, Christopher Spain (Marsha) of Hopkinsville, KY and Ashley Scruggs Joiner (Clint) of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Hunter Scruggs, Maguire Scruggs, Hannah Hyams (Kenneth), Caleb Spain, Ella Spain, Asher Spain, Alex Joiner, Keaton Joiner and Madi Joiner.
