He is survived by: his wife Betty Howard; his children, Chris Howard (Gretchen) of Bellingham, WA, Tim Howard (Suzanne) of Clemmons, NC, Libby Brim (Steve) of Wildwood, MO and Beck Logan (Brian) of Frankfort, KY; his siblings, Denny Howard of Henderson, KY and Phyllis Weaver of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Ben Brim, Molly Brim, David Howard, Jonathan Howard, Cooper Howard, Ian Howard, Will Logan and Claudia Logan; and his caregivers, Frankie Cunningham and Jeana Crick.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the First United Methodist Church Youth and Children Fund or the Jennie Stuart Health Foundation specifically for the NICU and Well Baby Nursery.
