He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney M. Temple, Sr. and Georgie Marie Rawlins Duvall; and his stepfather Charels E. Duvall. He is survived by: his brothers, Ricky Temple of Illinois and Rex Temple of Hopkinsville; and his sister-in-law Lydia Simpson of Hopkinsville. He is also survived by two sons, one daughter.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home (700 Country Club Ln, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at the Rawlins Cemetery (8004 Pembroke Rd, Pembroke, KY 42266).
