He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Dawson (David) and Barbara Ford (Granvill Tyler); his grandchildren, David Dawson Jr. and Iisha Hobson; his daughter Wendy Anderson (Jerry); his niece Wanda Wharton; and his caregiver Sherrie Davie. He is also survived by grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 great- great grandchildren; and a host of nices and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gamble Funeral Home (1311 Liberty St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
