He is survived by: his children, Blake Burnett Jones of Petersburg, Pennsylvania and Blair Jones Arnold (Max) of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; his stepmother Jane Jones of Harlingen, Texas; his siblings, Debbie Jones Davis (Barry) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Steve Epps of Newbern and Brian Epps (Rosalba) of Harlingen, Texas; his grandchildren, Jayla Jones, Emma Arnold and Max Waylon Arnold; and his brothers-in-law, Garry Younger (Mary) of Johnson City, Rob Younger (Jennifer) of Gatlinburg and Terrie Younger.

In the last three years of his life, he suffered from long Covid, yet he faced his challenges with strength and resilience.
