He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip A. Hayes and Anita Monique Benson (Cabana); his stepfather Robert L. Benson; and his brother Lawrence Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hayes of Hopkinsville, KY; his son Aaron Wesley Hayes of Texas; and his brother Bryan Douglas Hayes of Colorado.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West (5817 Fort Campbell Blvd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240).
