He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cummings and Marcia Cummings; his wife Anne Cummings; and his sister Mary Ann Cummings. He is survived by: his children, Larry Hostetter of Lewisport, KY, Dee Burchett of West Jefferson, OH and Sandy Vandall (Van) of Shady Spring, WV; his brother David Cummings of Alfred, Maine; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Wilson, Jeffrey Damron and Wesley Damron. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
