She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Duke, Sr. and Mary E. Bone Duke; her husband Ellis Johnson; her son Charles E. Johnson; and her siblings, Horace Duke, Harry Duke, Jr., Hilton Duke, Harold Duke, John P. Duke, Cody Duke, Dan Duke, James H. "Jim" Duke and Yeadie Vowell.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Johnson (Sandra) of Hopkinsville, KY, Alvin Johnson (Dana) of Hopkinsville, KY, Annie Baker (Beldon) of Hopkinsville, KY and Nancy Patton (Lonnie) of Hopkinsville, KY; her daughter-in-law Nettie Johnson; and her grandchildren, Michael Baker, Anita James (Scotty), Kristie McGregor (Mike), Rhonda Moler, Chuck Moler (Michele), Jason Johnson, Billy Johnson (Debbie), David Johnson (Samantha), Johnny Johnson, Steven Johnson, Jamey Adams and Stephanie Hale. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
