He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland W. Taylor and Goldie M. Rogers Taylor; his son Jeffrey D. Taylor; and his siblings, Russell Taylor and Dorothy Bearden.
He is survived by: his sister Jo Nell Edwards of Hopkinsville. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
