He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Gale Berry and Arlene Johnson Berry; and his sister Mary Ann Barrow. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Berry of Hopkinsville; his children, Sean Creighton (Terra) of Oak Grove, KY, Jennifer Hefner (Chip) of Ocala, FL and Christina Waldeck (Devin) of Cross City, FL; and his brothers, Patrick Berry (Dottie) of Tampa, FL and John Berry (Kathy) of Homeland, FL. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren.
