She was predeceased by: her father Daniel David Nicholson, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Geralyn Ann Colletta Nicholson of Hopkinsville; her husband Joshua Hartwell of Hopkinsville; her daughters, Payton Eltringham and Brielle Addyson Eltringham Hartwell; and her siblings, Dan Nicholson, Jr. of Marion, KY and Cara Renee Nicholson of Watkins Glen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to Grace and Mercy at P.O. Box 4045 Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
