He is survived by: his caregiver Leisa Payne (Ron) of Bowling Green, KY; his sisters, Barbara Douglas of Bowling Green, KY and Clara Aspin of Bowling Green, KY; and his cousin Barry Wilson (Betty) of Bowling Green, KY.
