He is survived by: his brother Calvin Mayes of Hopkinsville. He is also survived by his one niece and six nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West (5817 Fort Campbell Blvd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240).
