She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Hendrix and Louise Cook Hendrix; her husband John Furman Ladd; and her siblings, Jimmy Hendrix and Betty Doss.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Ladd (Nikki Brinnon) of Hopkinsville and Jo Ellen Ladd Hageman (Darryl) of Hopkinsville; her sister Ginger Lee (Mark) of Hopkinsville; her grandchildren, Joshua Glen Hageman, Justin Ryan Hageman (Ellie), John Andrew Ladd (Susan) and Jordan Kyle Ladd (Chandler); and her great grandchildren, John Dawson Ladd, Foster Andrew Ladd, Charles Grant Ladd and Sawyer Hendrix Ladd. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
