He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheldon Keith Haulk and Myrna Lou Mountcastle; his siblings, Gary Haulk and Susan Smith; and his brother-in-law Bill Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Haulk (Callie) of Almo, KY, Ryan (Vanessa) and Devan Luckabaugh of Hopkinsville, KY; and his siblings, Jim Haulk (Debbie), John Haulk (Carol), Mark Haulk (Peggy), Joe Haulk (Linda), David Haulk (Theresa), Becky Deckard (Monty), Mary Backer (Kurt), Margaret Smith and Angie Bryan (Cliff). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Methodist Church (2808 S Virginia St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
