He is survived by: his sons, Trey Kern (Mariah) of Hopkinsville and Taylor Kern of Lexington; and his siblings, Bryan Mann of Pembroke, John Kern of Tennessee, Jay Kern of Pembroke, Todd Mann of Pembroke, Kristal Carter of Hopkinsville and Rachael Mann of Pembroke. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
