She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Henderson and Florence Schoby Henderson; her husband Charles "Doug" Carter; and her brothers, Don and Charlie Henderson.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Blane (Theresa) of Hopkinsville, David Blane (Tracey) of Hopkinsville, Mike Carter (Ann) of Hopkinsville and Steven Carter (Kathy) of Hopkinsville. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Gideon Camp.
