It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Elliott Jackson of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elliott Jackson, Sr. and Mary Myrtle Sturdivant; his daughter Becky Jackson McCullough; his brothers, James Sturdivant and Larry Franklin Jackson; and his grandson John McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Bettye Hill Jackson of Hopkinsville, KY; his daughter Pamela Sue Jackson Neely of Hopkinsville; his grandchildren, April Neely Mclean (Jason), Matthew Neely (Tabitha) and Harmony "Nikki" Kreiss; and his great grandchildren, Elliot Mclean, Joey Kreiss and Tori Kreiss.
