He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lilburn McIntosh Sr. and Dorothy Dill McIntosh; and his brothers, Donnie Dill McIntosh and Ralph Dale McIntosh. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gary McIntosh; his daughters, Karen Kenady (Tommy) of Hopkinsville and Kim Batts (Keith) of Hopkinsville; his brothers, Paul McIntosh Jr. (Faye) of Bowling Green and Bruce McIntosh (Rosalind) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Zack Kenady (Sara) of Madisonville, Nathan Kenady (Lexie) of Crofton, Koby Batts of Louisville and Kylie Batts of Hopkinsville; and his great grandchildren, Deacon, Miller Kenady, Ellie and Nixon Kenady.
