He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Burbridge Lacy and Sara Lee Trabue Thorpe. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Boyd (Sandi) of Hopkinsville; his children, Frank Lacy (Rebecca) of Russellville, KY and Dr. Mary Lacy (Trisha Terhar) of Snohomish, WA; his stepdaughters, Brandi Meacham (Brandon) and Marci Earls (Nick) of Nashville, TN; and his siblings, Mac Lacy (Kim) of Bardstown, KY, John Lacy (Sally) of Columbus, OH and Ann Tandy Lacy (Dan Kedding) of Urbana, IL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home (700 Country Club Ln, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at 305 W Riverwood Dr, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Pennyrile Hospice, E. C. Green Cancer Center, or English Lacy Scholarship Endowment at Hopkinsville Community College.
