It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwayne G. Johnson of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William E "Bill" Johnson and Jeanne Anita Meacham Johnson; and his brothers, Michial Johnson and Kenneth Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, James E. Johnson "Jimmy" of Hopkinsville, KY and Adam K. Johnson (Melinda) of Cadiz, KY; his siblings, Tommy Johnson of Hopkinsville, KY and Rita Stone of Madisonville, KY; and his grandchildren, Austin Johnson, Dalton Johnson, Dustin Johnson, Kerra Johnson and Presley Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to Wounded Warriors.
