She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Duckett of Bowling Green, KY, Angie Grey (Tim) of Hopkinsville, KY and Kim Mayes (Scott) of Cadiz, KY. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
