She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilford Grubbs, Sr. and Onnie Grubbs; her husband Edward Whitlock, Jr.; her siblings, De Marlow "Baby Face" Grubbs, Gilford "Slim" Grubbs, Jr., Alice Peterson, Annette Poindexter, Reaver N. McGaha and Sylvia Atkins; and her granddaughter Aianeon Nashea Grubbs.
She is survived by: her sons, Jamil "Teddy" Muhammad, Timothy D. Grubbs and Eric Grubbs; and her niece Kimberly Lucas.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Church (212 Sanderson Dr, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
