He is survived by: his wife Brenda Anderson of Hopkinsville, KY; his children, Shawn Gentry (Crystal) of Crestview, FL and Stephanie Gentry of Mayfield, KY; his siblings, Eddie Turns (Janice) of Hopkinsville, KY, Jeff "Beano" Anderson (Lisa) of Hopkinsville, KY, Tammy Caldwell (Michael) of Omaha, TX and Cindy Fruit (Ronnie) of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Corey Gentry and Autumn Gonzalez.
