He is survived by: his mother Judy Duncan Cunningham of Hopkinsville; his sons, Kyle Cunningham (Allegra) of Hopkinsville, KY and Kameron Cunningham of Pembroke, KY; his siblings, Teresa Cunningham of Hopkinsville, KY, Dale, Tim Cunningham of Hopkinsville, KY, Kim Covington (Kevin) of Pembroke, KY and Susan Thomas (Michael) of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Marshall Cunningham and Presley Cunningham.
