He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Edward Greathouse and Violet Ann Streetman Craig; and his son Corey Greathouse. He is survived by: his wife Penny Greathouse; his sons, Charlie Greathouse of Hopkinsville, KY and Michael (Caitlin) of Hopkinsville, KY; his brothers, Marty Greathouse of Hopkinsville, KY and Jim Streetman of Alabama; and his half-sisters, Jenny Greathouse of Independence, MO, Kim Greathouse of Independence, MO and Chris Greathouse of Independence, MO. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
