He is survived by: his parents, Carl "Sonny" Shaw of Hopkinsville, KY and Barbara Shaw (Hayes) of Hopkinsville, KY; his wife Jenna Shaw of Hopkinsville, KY; his children, Amanda Shaw (Tray) of Hopkinsville, KY, Natalie Wangrycht (Shane) of Hopkinsville, KY, Makenzie Shaw (Jesse) of Campbellsville, KY, Carly Alverio (Caleb) of Hopkinsville, KY, Bentleigh Shaw of Hopkinsville, KY, Tatum Shaw of Hopkinsville, KY, Makayla Cole (Buddy) of Hopkinsville, KY and Matthew Shaw of Elkton, KY; and his grandchildren, Wade "Hammerhead", Sydney, Hayden "Meathead", Ellery "Elrod", Archie "The Bull", Avery, Cora of Aspen, RJ "Peanut" and Eliza.
