He is survived by: his wife Rubye Moore; his children, Terri Moore Perry of Hopkinsville, KY and Kevin Moore of Hopkinsville, KY; his sister Mary Lou Moore Ellis of Hopkinsville, KY; his grandchildren, Tyler Perry (Elizabeth) of Hopkinsville, KY, Jarod Perry (Theresa) of Hopkinsville, KY, Wade Perry of Hopkinsville, KY, Jace Moore of Hopkinsville, KY, Shelby Hudson (Matt) of Nashville, TN, Mackenzie Moore of Nashville, TN and Wyatt Moore of Nashville, TN; and his great grandchildren, Ella Perry, Connor Perry, Georgia Perry, Millie Hudson, Jack Hudson and Wren Hudson.
