She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Stagner and Faith Jones Stagner; her husband Vernon Richey; and her son Kevin Wayne Richey. She is survived by: her daughter Toni Miller (Dustin) of Fort Oglethorpe; and her siblings, Bill Stagner (Peggy) of Madisonville, Kentucky, Pamela Cavanah (Galvin) of Madisonville, Kentucky and Belinda Shearon (Robert) of Hopkinsville, Kentucky. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven Great grandchildren.
