He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kozac; his children, Bill Kozac, Jr. (Naomi) of Hopkinsville, KY, Shane Kozac (Karen) of Fort Pierce, FL and Megan Kozac of Fort Pierce, FL; and his siblings, Mike Kozac of Clarksville, TN, Dennis Kozac of Hopkinsville, KY, Roy Kozac of Hopkinsville, KY and Judy Davis of Gracey, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren; the Hudson family; and many nieces and nephews.
