She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Herbert A. Larkins and Ivy Cushenberry Larkins; her husband Lenis Larkins; and her siblings, Verna Larkins Frazier, Jewel Larkins, Amos Larkins, Allen Larkins and Paul Larkins. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren.
