He is survived by: his sons, Richard Todd Grady of Hopkinsville and Brent Grady of Crofton; his sisters, Lois Konkel of Lincoln, NE and Penny Bellew of Lincoln, NE; his grandson Alex Cody Grady of Hopkinsville; and his great grandchild Waylon Trent Grady.
