It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Moore of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, born in Shelburn, Indiana, who passed away on June 6, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Thompson and Cassie Williams Thompson; and her husband Charles Edward "Ed" Moore. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Jean McDonald (Chris) of Kingston Springs, TN, Alan Moore (Debby) of Hopkinsville, KY, Steven Moore of Hopkinsville, KY and David Moore of Hopkinsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Kent Gilliam, Davis Moore (Tiffany), Mitchell Moore (Griffin), Jordan McDonald and Mayana Ward. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
