She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Hayes and Edna Rawlins Hayes; her sons, Michael Keith Shaw, Phillip Shaw and Carl "Eddie" Shaw; and her sisters, Mary Lea "Myrt" Laster and Yvonne Adams.
She is survived by: her siblings, Danny Hayes (Teresa) of Elkton, KY, Joann Jones of Elkton, KY, Kaye Beasley of Hopkinsville, KY and Judy Wade (Jack) of Pembroke, KY; her brother-in-law Don Laster of Elkton, KY; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Matthew Shaw of Elkton, Bryan Neil Shaw of Hopkinsville, Amanda Shaw of Hopkinsville, Michael Shaw (Catherine) of Pembroke, Dustin Shaw (Brandy) of Crofton, Krista Shaw North (Casey) of Hopkinsville, Natalie Nicole Wangrycht (Shane), Lance Tyler Shaw (Christian) of Hopkinsville, Makenzie Brooke Shaw of Campbellsville, Carly Alverio (Caleb) of Hopkinsville, Bentleigh Shaw of Hopkinsville, Tatum Shaw of Hopkinsville, Makayla Cole (Buddy) of Hopkinsville and Andrew Shaw-Townsend (Tiffany) of Hopkinsville. She is also survived by twenty-six great grandchildren; and one great great grandchildren.
