She is survived by: her children, Bryan Bealmear of Hopkinsville and Sherry Bealmear (Coty Flynn) of Hopkinsville; and her siblings, Tony Clark of Chicago, IL, Mary McCain of Hopkinsville and Beth Hayes of Hopkinsville. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
