She was predeceased by: her parents, Bedor Bins and Ikelau Bedor. She is survived by: her husband Juan Phillips; her children, Jerry Phillips of Nashville, TN, Malia Phillips Sylvain of Bothell, WA and Lillian Phillips of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, Russell Bedor of Utah, Masau Bedor of Palau, Bernie T. Keldermans of Palau and Akiko Sugiyama of Palau.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home (2504 S Virginia St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Saints Peter & Paul Thrift Store.
