She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Donathan and Jennie Ray Donathan; her sons, Tony Lee Frazier and Dana "Punk" Ray Frazier; her sister Emma Donathan Caldwell; her sisters-in-law, Lois "Tootie" Frazier Donathan and Catherine Donathan; and her nephews, Jeff Caldwell and Travis Wayne Browning.
She is survived by: her husband Jackie Frazier; her daughter Teresa Jamison (Scottie) of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Darriel "DJ" Jamison and Josh Jamison (Kaylyn) of Mt. Sterling; her great grandchildren, Laylynn, Clayton and Aiden; and her siblings, Charlie Donathan (Bonnie) of Mt. Sterling, Arnold Donathan of Jeffersonville, Earl Donathan (Ida) of Mt. Sterling, Herbert Donathan (Bobbie) of Jeffersonville, David Donathan (Darlene) of Mt. Sterling, Vandetta Browning (Larry) of Mt. Sterling and Joyce Jones (Donnie) of North Middletown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
