She is survived by: her husband Michael Blair; her children, James "BJ" Blair (Heather) and Rachel Eldridge (Kevin); her grandchildren, Lazarus, Olivia Blair and Ryleigh Eldridge; and her siblings, Teresa Caudill (Robert), Chris Furgerson (Jimmy), Thurman Jones (Tracy), James "Jim" Jones of Elwood, IN and Bill Jones (Jamica). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
