He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Juanita Spencer Powell; his wife LaShelia Roark Kerney of Holland, KY; his children, Daniel Shawn Kerney of Patterson, GA, David Burton (Tina), Lorie Lynn Arrington (George) and Kimberley Burton; and his siblings, Marshall Kerney of Glasgow, KY, Diane Ramos, Vicky Zimmerman and Judy Wood. He is also survived by 6 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and 5 great grandchildren.
