He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Ewing Russell, Jr. and Margie Louise Meador Yokley of Akersville, KY; his stepfather Larry Yokley; and his brother-in-law Frankie Turner. He is survived by: his wife Angela Russell of Holland, KY; his children, Logan Russell (Valerie), Jose Canchola, Tonya Akin (Jimmy), Raelyn Russell (Adalynn Russell), Nina Guerrero and Dana Cole (Tia Tutt); his siblings, Ray Russell (Kathy), Toby Russell of Akersville, KY, Shawn Russell (Robin), Linda Jo Turner, Teresa Coates (J.), Lanelle Holland of Scottsville, KY, Nellie Russell of Tompkinsville, KY and Sonya Russell of Tompkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Callen Haffner, Ezria Russell, Chance Akin and Ellaryn Russell.
