He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Jesse T. Hornback and Mary Alma Milby Hornback. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Hornback; his children, Wesley Hornback (Jennifer) of Magnolia, Donnie Hornback (Kim) of Sonora and Sara Goodwin (Craig); his pet Cave; his great grandchildren, Ashley Hornback, Makenzie Hornback (Keith Powers), Jesse Hornback, Chase Goodwin (Erika), Tara Goodwin (Jaren Lindsay) and Kirsten Goodwin; his sisters, Verna Dean Cottrell of Bonnieville, Dixie Anderson of Alabama and Carolyn Wilson of California; and also, Ian Perez, Weston Hornback and Huston Goodwin. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home (208 W Water St, Hodgenville, KY 42748). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Red Hill Cemetery (315 S Greensburg St, Hodgenville, KY 42748).
