He is survived by: his wife Brenda Chadwell; his children, Ryan Chadwell, Joe Daum (Misty), Jason Daum (Cheri) and Jeffrey Daum (Lacey); his father Vernon Ray Chadwell Sr.; his grandchildren, Allison, Devin, Madison, Mason, Presley, Ivy and Cruz; his sisters, Lori, Sharon, Kim, Jessica and Mary Jo; his caregiver Megan Milburn; and his sister-in-law Linda Oliver. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
